Server status is right even after a shutdown from inside the server
If you power a VPS off or on from inside its operating system, the VPS list and the server page now check the real state as soon as they open, instead of briefly showing the old one.

Clearer memory reading on Windows servers
Windows takes all the memory it is given, so its memory gauge always looks close to full. The live usage card of a Windows VPS now explains this and points you to Task Manager for the real figure.

Add extra IPs and an extra disk while ordering a VPS
The VPS order page now lets you add up to 5 extra IPv4 addresses and an extra NVMe disk to the new server. They are included in the total, set up as soon as the server is ready and renewed with it.

API: disks, primary IP and extra disk
The API can now list a VPS's disks with the space they use, change its primary IP and order an extra disk. Ordering a network service no longer stops at one per account. All of it is in the API documentation.

Disk usage on the VPS overview
The overview of each VPS now has a Disks card showing how much space the primary disk and any extra disks use, with a bar that turns amber and red as they fill up.

Extra disk for your VPS
Add a second NVMe disk to any VPS from the Add-ons tab, from 10 GB up to 100 GB per server, at EUR 0.25 per GB a month. It works with the server running or powered off, and shows up as a second disk that you format and mount yourself.

Choose your primary IP
If your VPS has extra IPv4 addresses, you can now make any of them the primary one from the Network tab.

See your new IP arrive
After buying an extra IP, the Add-ons tab shows that it is being assigned and updates by itself, usually within a few minutes, then tells you the new address.

Order the same network service more than once
Services such as an anonymous ASN or a /24 can now be ordered several times on one account. Each order is its own subscription, with its own renewal.

Live chat inside the panel
The live chat is now available on every page of the new panel preview, so you can reach us without leaving it.

Easier to read terms and conditions
The terms and conditions have a new page with a table of contents, links to each section and a print option. The text itself has not changed.

Refreshed home page preview
The new home page preview has the service status right in the header, smoother animations, a language picker and clearer pricing for every VPS plan.

Better on phones
On the VPS page, the more actions menu no longer runs off the screen and every tab stays reachable when you scroll them. Notifications now appear at the top right so they never cover the chat button, and on the VPS order page the operating system version opens in a large, easy to tap list.

The panel speaks your language
The new panel preview is now available in English, Spanish, French, Turkish and Romanian. It follows your browser language, and you can switch at any time from the globe icon at the top or the links at the bottom of public pages.

Easier to read at a glance
Cards and buttons stand out more clearly, text is larger and easier to read, and the busiest pages show less at once, with rarely used details folded away.

Application profiles and advanced filter settings
Firewall rules can now apply a ready-made application profile (game servers such as Minecraft, FiveM or Rust, WireGuard and OpenVPN, TeamSpeak and more), or tune the filter itself: FTP passive ports, protocol rate limits and session timeouts.

Clearer VPS order page
In the new panel preview, each plan now lists its vCPU, RAM, NVMe storage and 10 Gbps port, and the page tells you which processors our nodes run. Payment is picked with two simple cards, coins are easier to read, and Windows is marked as unavailable on plans too small for it. Auto-renew now starts switched on.

Firewall and DDoS protection controls for your servers
In the new panel preview, VPS and dedicated servers get a Firewall tab where you switch DDoS filtering per IP, add your own drop and rate limit rules, and build IP lists, including ready-made lists we maintain for well-known networks. It is free for every customer while it is in beta.

Attack history for every IP
The Firewall tab lists every attack on your IPs with its start time, duration and peak, going back to when the server was created. Open one to see its bandwidth timeline and a breakdown by protocol, country, port and source.

Website protection you set up yourself
Add a domain that points to one of your IPs, choose the browser check visitors see, set exceptions per path and upload your HTTPS certificate. It is a basic extra layer; for busy sites we still recommend a CDN proxy in front.

Sign in with Telegram
In the new panel preview you can log in by approving the request in @HostAgent_Bot, which shows the device and a short code before you confirm. You can also create an account from Telegram without giving an email address.

Generate anonymous login details at sign-up
The new panel preview sign-up page can generate a username and a strong random password in your browser, with buttons to copy or download them. You confirm you have saved them before the account is created.

Dedicated server page split into tabs
In the new panel preview, the dedicated server page is organised into Overview, Firewall, Add-ons, Abuse reports and Invoices tabs, like the VPS page. The open tab is kept in the link, so you can bookmark or share it.

Clearer settings and API keys pages
Settings in the new panel preview open with a status strip for email, Telegram, two-factor and alerts, and show one section at a time. API keys are masked until you reveal them, show when they were last used, and expired keys are tucked away.

Quick search finds your servers and domains
Press Ctrl K anywhere in the new panel preview to jump to a server by name or IP, a domain, or any page. Support tickets there also show new replies without reloading.

Rewritten API documentation
The API documentation in the new panel preview was rebuilt and checked against every documented endpoint, with corrected methods, parameters and units. The API keys page links straight to it.

Never-expiring API keys work
API keys created without an expiry date are now accepted, disabled keys are refused, and the key header is read regardless of letter case.

Auto-renew checkbox respected when ordering a VPS
Unticking auto-renew on the VPS order form had no effect and every new server started with auto-renew on. Your choice is now saved as you set it.

Pay now with balance on dedicated invoices
The Pay now button for a pending dedicated server invoice failed when paying from your balance. It now completes the payment.

New panel preview
A rebuilt control panel is available to try at /redesign/, covering every service, billing, support and settings, with a dark and a light theme. It runs on the same account and data as the current panel, so you can switch between them at any time.

Cleaner crypto payment page
In the new panel preview, the crypto payment page shows the real network name and a single countdown, and draws the payment QR code in your browser instead of fetching it from a third party. After paying you get a direct link back to your service.

Web hosting renewal and suspension notices
You now get a Telegram message or email when a web hosting subscription is due for renewal, when it renews automatically, and if it is suspended. Before, hosting could lapse without any notice to you.

Extend or renew a domain from the panel
Domain management has an Extend / Renew button: pick 1 to 10 years and pay from your balance or in crypto. The auto-renew state is now shown clearly as On or Off next to it.

Manage DNS records
Domains that use our nameservers get a DNS Records section to add, edit and delete records. If your domain points elsewhere, the Change Nameservers dialog has a one-tap Use our nameservers button.

Child nameservers (glue records)
Register hosts such as ns1.yourdomain.com with their IP from domain management, so you can run your own DNS on your domain.

Clearer expired hosting and pending orders
Expired web hosting subscriptions now show a red Expired badge with a Renew button, and pending orders can be paid in crypto without placing a new order. The control panel password is masked until you reveal it.

All Telegram notices from one bot
Every Telegram notification now comes from @HostAgent_Bot, the same bot you link in Settings, instead of several different ones.

All our emails share one compact design with a single clear button, and each links to Telegram live chat for help. The domain suspension email now takes you to your domains instead of the home page.

Verification, password recovery and renewal reminder emails had stopped arriving for some customers. Outgoing mail was moved to a new setup and non-English characters now display correctly.

Upgrade quotes use your pricing tier
The upgrade price preview used standard prices even for customers on a discounted tier, so it quoted more than you were actually charged. The quote now matches the charge.

Sign-up and password recovery no longer hang
When our mail service was slow, creating an account could end in a timeout error and password recovery could load for minutes. Both now finish quickly even if the email is delayed.

Manage your services from Telegram
Talk to @HostAgent_Bot for live support, ticket replies with a Reply button, payment updates, and renewal reminders you can act on in one tap. When a new server is ready it messages you its IP.

Auto-renew toggle for dedicated servers
The auto-renew switch on the dedicated server page was never shown, so you could not turn it on yourself. It now appears once the server details load.

VPS upgrades grow the disk too
Upgrading a VPS raised its CPU and memory but left the disk at the old size. The disk now grows to the new plan, and your data is kept.

When you are already signed in, the home page menu shows a Dashboard button instead of asking you to log in again.

The whole panel over Tor
The site and client area are reachable through our own onion address, shown with a copy button in the footer. Tor Browser also offers to switch to it automatically.

Paste text into the console
The VPS console has a Paste button that types your text into the server for you, so long commands and passwords no longer need to be typed by hand.

Redesigned IP network pages with auto-renew
IP network subscriptions have a new detail page with an expiry bar, order history and an auto-renew switch, and each subscription is shown on its own even when you have several of the same product. The list is now a sortable table like your servers.

Available IP network services are shown in one comparison table with price and billing period, and a Buy button on each row. Services you already own are marked.

Two-factor authentication
Protect your login with an authenticator app from Settings: scan the QR code, confirm a code and download your backup codes. It is optional, and accounts without it log in as before.

Service status page
A status page shows live uptime for every service, 30 days of daily history and recent incidents. Click a service for its details; it is linked from the panel sidebar and footer.

Warning when auto-renew cannot charge you
If auto-renew is on but your balance will not cover the renewal, we now email you and message you on Telegram with the amount to top up, starting 5 days before expiry. A banner in the panel reminds you to connect Telegram or verify your email if we have no way to reach you.

Better expiry reminders
You now get a reminder on the day a service expires, which was being skipped, and every reminder links straight to the service to renew. Suspended services get reminders during the grace period before deletion.

Redesigned account settings
The Settings page was rebuilt to match the rest of the panel, with notification channels and security options easier to find.

Abuse reports for every IP, and a cleaner page for ended servers
The VPS page now checks abuse reports for all of a server's IPs, not just the main one, and labels each report with its IP. Terminated servers no longer show power, console and renewal controls that could not work.

Operating system shown with its logo
The VPS list has a new OS column with each distribution's logo and name, and the server page shows it too.

Creating a key without an expiry date
Creating an API key set to never expire failed with an error. It is now created as expected.

Redesigned VPS management page
The server page now has an action bar that stays in view, sections in tabs, actions grouped by what they do, and the operating system picker grouped by family. A password reset shows the new password on screen, copy buttons work, and every additional IP is listed on its own line.

Auto-renew retries after you top up
If one auto-renewal attempt failed for lack of funds, later attempts were skipped even after you added balance, and the server could expire. Renewal now keeps trying, and renewal invoices always show the current period and price.

Correct price shown before a VPS upgrade
The upgrade confirmation quoted the full price of the new plan instead of the difference you actually pay for the rest of the term. It now shows the real amount, and the upgrade payment step matches the rest of the page.

A page for every invoice
Each invoice has its own page listing every payment attempt, and an open crypto payment can be continued instead of started over. Invoices and transactions now say which service they are for, and invoices paid from your balance show as paid.

Easier operating system choice when ordering
The VPS order page groups operating systems by family with a version dropdown, newest first, instead of one card per image, and marks which plans are in stock.

Dedicated servers in one comparison table
The dedicated order page lists each configuration once in a comparison table with cores, memory, stock and price, and checkout is a single order summary with one Pay button. Ordering an in-stock server no longer reports it as out of stock.

Ticket list shows what each ticket is about
Support tickets are listed by subject with the service, message count and last activity, and tickets waiting for your reply stand out. The Next page button works and the support address shown is correct.
